Home Staging Design & Operations Assistant
About Us
We are a growing home staging company based in San Diego, California focused on helping homes sell faster and for top dollar through strategic presentation and design.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design & Operations Assistant who has experience or familiarity with interior design, home staging, or interior decorating, inventory management, and product sourcing.

This role supports the operational and design side of the business, helping organize projects, source furnishings, prepare quotes and documents, and assist with staging-related workflows.

Responsibilities
Design & Furniture Sourcing
Assist with creating room concepts and staging recommendations
Source furniture, decor, artwork, lighting, rugs, and accessories online
Help organize design selections and mood boards
Research interior design and home staging trends
Assist with space planning concepts when needed

Quotes, Contracts & Client Support
Help prepare staging quotes and client documents
Assist with contracts and presentation materials
Organize project information and staging notes
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Inventory & Operations Support
Assist with inventory tracking and organization
Help maintain operational systems and workflows
Organize furniture and decor databases/spreadsheets
Support project coordination and administrative tasks

Systems & Technology
Use AI tools and software platforms to improve workflow efficiency
Assist with CRM and project management tasks when needed


Required Skills & Experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Experience or familiarity with interior design, interior decorating, or home staging
Comfortable sourcing furniture and decor online
Strong written English and communication skills
Ability to follow systems and processes carefully
Reliable and dependable


Strongly Preferred
Home staging industry experience
Interior design or decorating background
Experience creating quotes or client proposals
Inventory management experience
Canva experience
AI tool familiarity
Experience with HighLevel / GoHighLevel (not required but a plus)
