Hiring a video editor, make cool Cursor Vibe Coding entrepreneurial vlog style videos, $600 a month, room to grow

Hi,
I am planning to launch my own Youtube channel.
The content will be about coding, entrepreneurship, AI prompt engineering, Cursor, etc, etc.
What I have been doing is recording myself using Cursor, vibe coding and watching it build a project. I had some crazy ups and downs, where it built amazing things, and then deleted everything when trying to push the commit to the repo.
I took all that footage, and from 20 hours was able to cut it down to about 3 hours.
I am using Davinci Resolve and I spent the past few weeks learning it, because I want to be competent at video editing myself, but also hire a really cool video editor, that can take this whole project to the next level.
95% of the video editing I did was just trying to cut out the dead space, and only leave relevant clips, I tried doing some effects, but failed. The style I'm imagining is a sort of hybrid style, between a vlog and something educational.
Now what I did is, I exported the whole project, in a .dra folder, and put that on Mega (because it's 16GB)

This is only the beginning, I have tons of ideas for future vlogs and videos to make. So I am looking for a really talented or passionate video editor where we can work and grow together, and if this project becomes successful, I would definitely be able to pay you more.
