Join a remote team scaling a wholesale Amazon FBA business across the UK and EU. We’re hiring an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take over and optimise our supply chain.

*About Us*
We’re a fast-growing wholesale eCommerce company using Amazon FBA, focused on international groceries—mainly food, plus select health and beauty products. We sell across key European markets like the UK, Germany, and France.

Our business relies on strong supplier relationships, accurate forecasting, and seamless logistics. We believe in data-driven decisions, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement—and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who shares that mindset.

*The Role: Supply Chain Manager*
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of supplier relationships, inventory forecasting, logistics coordination, and customs clearance. You’ll work directly with our Operations and Warehousing teams, external suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth, cost-effective supply chain operations.

You will also monitor inventory performance on Amazon and proactively address risks like stranded inventory and excess stock fees, working closely with our compliance and operations teams.

If you’re highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!

*Key Responsibilities*
Supplier & Procurement Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms to optimise costs and profitability
• Manage purchase orders, documentation, and supplier compliance

Logistics & Shipment Coordination
• Plan, track, and optimise inbound shipments to our warehouses
• Obtain and compare shipping quotes, book shipments, and manage customs clearance in connection with customs clearance agents
• Work closely with freight forwarders and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, including missing or excess inventory

Inventory Forecasting & Planning
• Analyse sales trends, lead times, and stock levels for optimised forecasting
• Implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and demand projections

Data Management & Reporting
• Use Google Sheets to track inventory and financial metrics
• Maintain up-to-date purchasing databases and reporting tools
• Identify trends and inefficiencies, presenting actionable solutions

Amazon Compliance & Risk Management Support
• Monitor Amazon inventory performance and account health metrics/IPI
• Proactively address risks like stranded inventory and excess stock fees
• Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to provide supplier/warehouse input when needed

*What We’re Looking For*
Required Experience & Skills:
• 3-5 years experience in eCommerce supply chain management
• Prior experience with Amazon FBA wholesale is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international logistics
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.)
• Experience with inventory management and procurement software
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and supply chain KPIs
• Understanding of supply chain analysis tools (e.g., Keepa, Sellerboard, RestockPro, Helium10, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing global suppliers in the FMCG industry (EU/UK)
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting models
• Understanding of Amazon UK/EU regulations

Ideal Candidate Traits
• Highly organised & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple suppliers, shipments, and compliance requirements
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset – takes initiative to resolve shipment issues, stock discrepancies, and supply chain inefficiencies
• Strong negotiator – secures the best supplier terms and freight rates
• Strategic thinker & data-driven – analyses trends to optimise inventory forecasting and procurement
• Ownership mentality – ensures customs clearance, stock replenishment, and supplier relations run smoothly
• Knows when to escalate – recognises when a problem requires senior management input
