???? About the Role:
We need a highly skilled Real Estate VA who excels in lead generation, cold calling, skip tracing, and CRM management. You’ll be a key player in driving our wholesale deals—researching leads, negotiating with sellers, and managing high-volume outbound calls.

? MUST-HAVE Qualifications:
? Minimum 2+ years as a Real Estate VA or Acquisitions Specialist (non-negotiable)
? PropStream expert – Must know skip-tracing, lead research, and property analysis
? Cold calling experience – Confident in high-volume outbound calls & lead qualification
? CRM mastery – oHighLevel,
? Strong negotiation skills – Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
? Analytical mindset – Can evaluate ARV, repair costs, and comps
? Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Cold Calling:
Conduct 100+ outbound calls/day to motivated sellers
Qualify leads, overcome objections, and set appointments
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, persuasive tone
???? Lead Research & Skip Tracing:
Use PropStream, Xleads to find off-market deals
Identify LLC owners and uncover hidden equity
???? CRM & Data Management:
Track leads in GoHighLevel,
Log calls, SMS follow-ups, and deal progress meticulously
???? Deal Support:
Assist in contract preparation, assignment agreements, and closings
Post properties on InvestorLift, Facebook, Craigslist
Coordinate walkthroughs with buyers

???? Bonus Skills (Big Plus!):
Experience with wholesale contracts (assignments, double closes)
Knowledge of local market trends (US real estate)
Sales background – Proven ability to hit targets
