Hiring: Experienced Automation & AI Workflow Specialist (Project-Based | Remote)

Premier Massage is looking for an experienced Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to help us build and automate our onboarding and operational systems.

We are specifically looking for someone who can LEAD and GUIDE us through this process — someone experienced enough to help a CEO who is completely new to AI automations and workflow systems.

This is not just a “set up a few automations” role. We’re looking for someone proactive and strategic — someone who does not simply wait for instructions, but can identify inefficiencies, recommend better systems, take initiative, and help us build smarter operations from the ground up.

We want someone who can help us understand the bigger picture, simplify operations, recommend the right tools, and teach our team how to confidently manage and expand these automations moving forward.

This is a short-term, project-based role (approximately 1-2 months) due to current budget limitations, but there is strong potential for future collaboration for the right person.

~ Responsibilities:
• Build automated onboarding workflows for new hires
• Automate sending contracts/forms and onboarding instructions
• Create payment request and tracking workflows
• Integrate systems such as Homebase, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Build AI-assisted operational workflows where applicable
• Help automate SOPs, documentation, repetitive admin tasks, and internal processes
• Recommend the best automation structures and tools for our business
• Create organized workflow systems and operational dashboards
• Lead and guide our team throughout the implementation process

~ Preferred Experience:
• Zapier, Make, or n8n
• AI workflow tools and integrations
• Notion or database automation
• SOP automation/documentation systems
• Process automation for small businesses
• Operational systems design and workflow optimization
