Hiring: Ecommerce Finance & P&L Automation Manager (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Finance & P&L Automation Manager to oversee daily financial reporting and automate our ecommerce reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports
Track revenue, COGS, ad spend, refunds, chargebacks, and operating expenses
Monitor cash flow and profitability by store, product, and brand
Build and improve automated financial dashboards and reporting systems
Provide clear insights to help management make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

Strong experience with ecommerce finance and P&L reporting
Experience with Shopify and multiple payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, etc.)
Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting automation
Experience with Google Apps Script, APIs, Zapier, Make, or Looker Studio is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
