Hiring: AI Prompt Engineer - Twillo/ServiceTitan/VAPI Experience

We are looking for an experienced AI prompt engineer who specializes in debugging and update VAPI prompt for Hotel Management System. This is a long term project where we are looking someone specialize in debugging and configuration updates for the AI prompt.

What We Need:
We need someone who can analyze the tickets for AI behavior which related to the Twillo, VAPI and ServiceTitan.
You will need to update prompt for fixes and test the AI Agent works well.

Requirements:
Proven experience in AI prompt engineering for VAPI and ServiceTitan
Deep understanding of Appointment booking, Transfer Calls, ServiceTitan Configuration etc.
Experience specifically with Datadog and Node.js for debugging.
Proficient with AI writing tools such as Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, or similar
Able to deliver a complete, organized, and well documented prompt system
Previous work or portfolio in this niche is a strong plus

Project Scope:
This is ongoing work for support ticket management.
Payment will be 300 USD/month.
