Highly Skilled Virtual Assistant for Canva Designs, Stan Store Setup & Email Automation

Hi!
I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help me with my growing coaching and digital product business. I’ll provide all the content — you’ll help bring it to life through design and backend setup.

? Your main tasks will include:

Designing beautiful PDFs in Canva (lead magnets, workbooks, guides, etc.)

Setting up and designing landing pages in Stan Store

Uploading and organizing digital products in Stan Store

Setting up email sequences and automations inside Stan Store

Helping me stay organized with my digital offers and funnels

???? You must be really good at:

Canva (designing beautiful, cohesive documents)

Stan Store (or willing to learn quickly if you’ve used similar tools)

Light copy formatting (you won’t write the content, but you’ll format it beautifully)

Basic funnel strategy (understanding how lead magnets connect to emails and products)

? Bonus if you have experience with:

Online course or digital product setup

Graphic design or branding


Email marketing tools (besides Stan)

???? I’m looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Creative with a strong eye for design

Proactive and solutions-oriented

Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Good communicator and takes pride in their work

???? Additional Requirements:

Must be available for updates/questions between 7am–6pm PST

Must speak and write fluent English, with strong grammar and spelling skills

Must be comfortable with written and verbal communication via email, Slack, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.

Will be required to communicate regularly via Zoom (camera required)

Must sign a confidentiality agreement and be comfortable handling sensitive information

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

Must have access to a working computer with up-to-date software
