We are a dynamic and growing Franchise Development company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a remote worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, providing administrative support, and helping to improve productivity. Type: Full-Time, Remote
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $900/Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle communication through various channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferencing.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings using tools like Zoom.
- Prepared and edited documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update office databases and contact lists.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Monitor and manage office supplies.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with Zoom and willingness to use Zoom breakout rooms.
- Willingness to use Screenshot Monitor for task tracking and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
