Job Title: Highly Experienced Vacation Rental Bookings Manager
Overview: Seeking an experienced, organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations for 10 vacation rentals listed on Airbnb and other platforms. Must have 5+ years in property management, strong hospitality knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Listing Management: Create and manage listings, keep calendars updated.
• Guest Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries and reviews.
• Guest Services: Ensure smooth check-in/out, resolve guest issues.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Marketing: Develop strategies to attract guests, promote on social media.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven property management experience, especially with platforms like Airbnb.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with short-term rental regulations.
Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm CET), Saturday (10am-3pm CET). Paid bi-monthly in USD - 1 hour lunch
Employee Salary:
• Expected Salary $2000 per Month made up of the following:
• Salary $8 per Hour.
• Monthly Bonus of $5 per Rental booking of 1 night or more, $10 per Rental booking of 3 night or more, $25 per Rental booking of 7 night or more after achieving $250 of Bonus bookings each calender month
• Bonus of $5 per booking of a Rental Car after achieving $75 of Bonus bookings each calender month
