WHO WE ARE
We're a Chicago-based photography and videography studio producing high-quality brand films and short-form social content for personal brands and small businesses. We're looking for a skilled video editor to join us long-term.


WHAT YOU'LL EDIT
Brand highlight reels for websites and short-form social clips.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
1. Footage Sent — edit brief & shoot notes on Asana + Google Drive footage link via Slack
2. You edit — download footage, edit per brief, run pre-delivery checklist
3. First cut — upload to ---------- , post link in Slack
4. Review — timestamped comments in ---------- within 24 hours ( Up to two revision rounds)
5. Approval — finals to Google Drive.
6. Payment — Added to next bi-weekly Wise payment.


RATES
- Short-form clip — $10 (72 hrs) / $15 rush (24 hrs)
- Short-form clip with voiceover — $15 (72 hrs) / $20 rush (24 hrs)
- Brand highlight reel — $35 (5 days) / $50 rush (3 days)
- Brand highlight reel + interview/VO — $45 (5 days) / $65 rush (3 days)

WHAT WE NEED
- 2+ years editing brand films and short-form content
- Strong color grading skills — consistency across mixed footage is essential
- Experience with interviews and voiceover-driven edits
- Reliable internet and clear written English for daily Slack communication
- DaVinci Resolve experience is a strong bonus


HIRING PROCESS
1. Portfolio review — we review your work and shortlist 3–5 candidates
2. Video interview — 15–20 min Zoom call to talk through process and workflow
3. Paid trial task — one real deliverable at the standard rate before committing on either side
4. Offer — if the trial goes well, we move forward
