JOB OVERVIEW

Role: High-Volume Recruitment Specialist- for Construction, Engineering, Heavy Industry, Mining /Oil and Gas roles.
Location: 100% Remote - WFH
Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 9am - 5pm AEST>
Region: Perth, WA - Australia
Monthly Salary: 55 - 60k PHP + Generous Bonus + Perks + Paid Leave
Contract: Independent Contractor - Ongoing

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering high-volume recruitment across multiple heavy industry sectors. This role will play a key part in sourcing, mobilising, and managing large workforces for major projects, including FIFO assignments and shutdown campaigns.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused position suited to someone agile who thrives in high-volume environments and understands the complexities of workforce mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles within construction, engineering, mining, and oil & gas
- Deliver bulk hiring campaigns for project-based and shutdown requirements
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation, including compliance, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of compliant and "site ready" candidates.
- Manage FIFO recruitment processes, including logistics and candidate readiness
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within ATS/CRM systems. Bullhorn.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support workforce planning and pipeline development for upcoming projects

Requirements To Apply.
- 3+ years proven experience in high volume recruitment, in heavy industry sectors (construction/engineering/mining/oil and gas).
- 2 + years previous experience with International Recruitment (Clients and Candidates outside of PH).
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- High degree of confidence talking to candidates via phone.
- Experience using recruitment tools ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn or similar.

Ideal Candidates.
- Have previous experience with an Australian recruitment and workforce solutions company.
- Strong understanding of construction, engineering, mining, and/or oil & gas recruitment
- Experience recruiting for FIFO roles and managing workforce mobilisation
- Demonstrated experience supporting shutdowns or project-based hiring campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
