JOB OVERVIEW

PROVEN ELITE DM / APPOINTMENT SETTER (CREDIT REPAIR ONLY)

READ BEFORE APPLYING — NO EXCEPTIONS

This is NOT a beginner role.
This is NOT for someone with zero experience.

We WILL train you on our systems, scripts, and processes — but we are ONLY looking for someone who already has experience as a DM / Appointment Setter.

We are hiring ONE proven DM / Appointment Setter with a verifiable track record in CREDIT REPAIR.

If you have not booked calls for a credit repair company before, do not apply.

ROLE OBJECTIVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Book QUALIFIED credit repair strategy calls on my calendar DAILY.

Not leads.
Not conversations.
Booked calls with serious, credit-ready prospects.

LEAD FLOW & DM PROCESS
• Many prospects will comment the keyword: “CREDIT”
• An AUTOMATED message is sent immediately
• Based on the prospect’s response, YOU take over the conversation
• Some prospects will NOT comment the keyword
• You are still required to follow up with ALL interested prospects
• NO LEADS ARE LOST until the prospect is clearly NOT eligible or disqualified
• Your job is to qualify, follow up, and convert prospects into booked calls

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Send 50–100+ outbound DMs per day
• Respond to ALL inbound messages (keyword and non-keyword)
• Take over conversations after automation triggers
• Proactively follow up with interested prospects who did not comment the keyword
• Qualify prospects (credit situation, urgency, goals)
• Follow up until they book or are disqualified
• Book calls directly to my calendar with expectations set
• Reduce no-shows through confirmations and follow-ups

No waiting.
No missed follow-ups.
No hand-holding.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
• Proven DM / appointment setting experience in CREDIT REPAIR
• Ability to SHOW PROOF of results (screenshots, calendars, KPIs)
• Strong written English (sales-level)
• Confidence handling objections and creating urgency
• Ability to work independently and hit daily numbers

No beginners.
No trainees.
No “willing to learn.”

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• 50–100+ outbound DMs per day
• Consistent quality calls booked daily
• Clean follow-up system
• High accountability
• No lead left unworked unless disqualified

Failure to perform will result in termination.

PAY, TIERS & BONUSES
• Base pay with TIERED PAY LEVELS based on performance
• Pay increases as booking volume, quality, and consistency increase
• BONUS OPPORTUNITIES based on performance and closed deals

• Must work during U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet REQUIRED
• Daily consistency REQUIRED
