Remote Appointment Setter for Women’s Fitness Coaching Company

Empowher Coaching is hiring 2 driven, high-energy appointment setters to join our growing team.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to communicate confidently, can build trust quickly, and understands how to turn conversations into booked calls.

Our company helps women transform their health, body composition, confidence, habits, and lifestyle through high-level fitness, nutrition, accountability, and wellness coaching. We work with women across the U.S. and are continuing to scale quickly.

Position Details:

Remote Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday + 1 weekend day (rotating weekends)
Shift Options:
4 AM–10 AM PST
4 PM–10 PM PST
Hours: Approximately 30–36 hours per week
Starting Pay: $15/hour + 1–2% commission on cash collected from sales after KPI targets are met
What You’ll Be Doing

Messaging and speaking with potential clients daily
Qualifying leads and booking sales calls
Following up with leads consistently through DMs, text, and calls
Handling objections and building rapport
Keeping conversations organized and updated inside our systems
Working closely with our setter and sales team to improve performance
Helping women feel heard, understood, and excited to take action
Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred
Comfortable handling objections and leading conversations
Fast responder with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
Coachable and open to feedback
High energy, emotionally intelligent, and consistent
Passionate about fitness, health, mindset, and helping women
Someone who actually cares about results — both for the client and the company
This is not a sit-back-and-coast role.
We want someone who takes initiative, works hard, and wants to grow with a company long term.
