Drover Social is a women-led, high-end marketing agency that works with luxury and premium brands. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Video & Photo Editor to join our team. If you’re a team player, a creative thinker, and passionate about delivering top-tier content, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

High-End Video Editing:
Edit and refine high-quality video content using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Proficient in color grading, layering, and high-quality exports
Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling

Advanced Photo Editing:
Expert in Photoshop and Lightroom for detailed product and people photography
Retouching, color correction, and high-end editing for social media and digital campaigns
Ensuring brand consistency and polished final images

Creative Direction & Strategy:
Work closely with our team to elevate visual content for high-end brands
Provide fresh, trend-driven creative ideas that align with our brand aesthetics

Who You Are:
A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with luxury or high-end brand aesthetics
Detail-oriented with an eye for storytelling, composition, and brand identity
A team player who aligns with Drover Social’s women-led, innovative, and forward-thinking approach

Bonus Skills:
Motion graphics and animation experience
Experience working with luxury, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
