Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Hospitality (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design-led team, working on high-end residential refurbishment and luxury hospitality projects across London, UK.
This is not a purely conceptual role. We are looking for someone who understands how interiors are designed, detailed, delivered, furnished, and maintained in the real world. The role combines interior design, technical detailing, 3D visualisation, FF&E specification, and ongoing design support for luxury properties already in operation.
You will work across both new design projects and the day-to-day evolution of high-end serviced apartments and residences.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing detailed interior and architectural drawings for design development and construction
Creating high-quality 3D visualisations to develop and test design ideas, materials, lighting, and layouts
Managing interior design workflows from concept design through to FF&E specification and procurement support
Supporting day-to-day operations for luxury properties already under management, including sourcing replacement furniture, fittings, lighting, and decorative items
Proposing design improvements and upgrades aligned with a high-end, hospitality-led aesthetic
Working closely with UK-based architects, designers, and operations teams
Actively using AI tools to improve design development, visualisation, documentation, and workflow efficiency
Ideal background:
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in high-end residential interiors, luxury hotels, serviced apartments, or high-end private residences. Experience delivering interiors in live hospitality environments is a strong advantage.
Key requirements:
Interior design or architectural background with experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality projects
Strong technical detailing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate drawings
Excellent 3D visualisation skills for both design development and presentation
Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept through procurement
Confidence sourcing, specifying, and coordinating FF&E, fittings, and decorative items
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, durability, and buildability
Familiarity with UK construction methods; knowledge of UK Building Regulations is a plus
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, and AI-assisted design tools
Candidates who are highly skilled in adopting AI tools are strongly valued
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential or hospitality interiors (link required)
Why join us:
Work on prestigious London-based residential and luxury hospitality projects
Influence both design quality and real-world execution
Be part of a design-led, detail-driven team with high standards
Gain exposure to the operational side of luxury serviced apartments
Flexible, fully remote working environment
Opportunity to grow into a long-term design and design-operations role
