High-Earning Sales & Fan Engagement VA (Night Shift | Base Pay + Commissions)

We’re hiring elite Sales & Chat VAs to help manage and grow fan relationships for top content creators. Your job is to turn followers into loyal paying fans using our proven scripts, custoUpgrade to see actual infossage flows, and fan psychology techniques.


Compensation Highlights:

-Base Pay: $4/hr (paid weekly via Wise)
-Performance Commissions: 10% of fan spend from your chats — uncapped
-Monthly KPI Bonuses: $100–$150 for top closers who hit targets
-Team Contests & Special Promos: Win cash, prizes, and bragging rights
-Top performers consistently earn $900–$1,300+ USD/month

Schedule:
-Full-time or part-time
-Must be available to work during US/Canada night shifts (EST or PST)
-Minimum 30 hours/week preferred
-Flexibility is a plus (some weekend/holiday availability)


Requirements:
-Excellent written English (fluent, casual, and emotionally intelligent)
-Fast typing speed and ability to multitask
-Strong understanding of sales psychology and persuasion

-Experience with chat-based selling, social media, or customer service

You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Managing inboxes (DMs/messages) on social platforms and subscription sites
-Sending personalized replies and following a messaging framework
-Executing our proven daily drip marketing strategies
-Tracking conversations, converting leads, and updating CRM
-Monitoring fan behaviors and adjusting tactics based on sales performance
