Help Desk Technician
Remote (Offshore)
9 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $8 - $9 per hour

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. Your mission will be to ensure support and delivery of quality technical support for our internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Help Desk tickets promptly
Provide tech support via chat, email, phone, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
Run diagnostics and resolve customer issues
Maintain detailed notes and follow up with customers
Assist with special projects and user acceptance testing

Skills/Requirements:
Proficiency with MAC and iOS devices
Excellent English communication skills
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in a tech help desk environment is a must
Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus
