WHO ARE WE
Progressive Longevity Clinic is a specialist, physician-led practice in Sydney, Australia, helping health-conscious professionals understand and optimise their long-term health. Our program runs on rigorous diagnostics — VO? Max testing, DEXA body composition, continuous glucose monitoring, advanced blood panels and point-of-care ultrasound — delivered by a Sport & Exercise Medicine physician, an exercise physiologist and a dietitian. We are not a general wellness service. Every interaction with our clinic, especially the first phone call, reflects a premium, evidence-based clinical brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Be the first point of contact for all enquiries — phone,
• Explain our program clearly and accurately to prospective patients, including the assessment process and pricing, and manage the online suitability-form funnel.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments across the clinical team; handle reminders, follow-ups and rebookings.
• Administer our patient digital platform / app backend — onboarding patients, entering and maintaining records accurately, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Manage sensitive situations — complaints, billing queries, anxious or upset patients — with composure and sound judgment, escalating clinical or complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with Australian patient-privacy requirements.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Spoken English that is clear, warm and virtually flawless. You will be recorded and assessed on call quality.
• Genuine healthcare or medical-admin experience — a real history of clinical-context work, not general admin.
• A calm, kind, reassuring tone with anxious or frustrated patients.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative — you fix what needs fixing without being told.
• Reliable, organised and self-managing as a remote contractor on Australian business hours.
THE ARRANGEMENT
• Full-time, 40 hours/week, 100% remote, independent contractor.
• Australian business hours, Mon–Fri (? 9am–5pm AEST / ? 7am–3pm Manila time).
• A serious long-term role — we are hiring for years, not months — with genuine room to grow and discretionary performance bonuses for those who excel and stay.
• You will be asked to disclose any other ongoing client work.
