Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 + HMO Benefits with Maxicare

Job Overview: Seeking a Healthcare Support Representative with Zendesk experience to manage patient inquiries, provide excellent service, and document interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and familiar with healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat using Zendesk
- Document and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with appointments, treatment plans, and healthcare services
- Monitor patient satisfaction and report key metrics
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations
- Collaborate via Slack and other communication tools
- Maintain Zendesk knowledge base and update chatbots
- Escalate complex issues to managers or developers
- Attend team syncs and All Hands meetings
- Present CS Deck updates

Qualifications & Skills:
- Healthcare customer service experience with Zendesk proficiency
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and privacy regulations
- Empathy and professionalism in patient interactions
- Proficiency in Slack, Asana, Figma, and Google Docs

Preferred:
- Healthcare setting experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk communication channels
- Flexibility with work hours

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
