We are hiring a high-output Healthcare Recruiter to source, interview, hire, and onboard nurses. This role directly affects staffing and revenue.

This is not an activity-based role. Performance is measured strictly by qualified nurses hired.

What This Role Requires
• Recruiting nurses quickly and consistently
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating interviews with leadership
• Managing onboarding documentation
• Meeting monthly hiring targets without constant oversight

Non-Negotiables
• Proven experience recruiting nurses or healthcare staff
• Strong English (interview-level fluency)
• Comfortable working U.S. evenings and weekends when required
• Able to work independently and produce results
• Reliable internet and professional work environment
