Healthcare Recruiter – ABA Agency (RBTs)

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our ABA agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent English communication skills, and can effectively manage the full recruitment cycle. Experience in healthcare recruiting and a strong understanding of the ABA field are strongly preferred. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
