Sterling Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting..

We are not looking for a passive recruiter who just posts jobs and waits. We want someone who knows how to find talent, create interest, build urgency, and close candidates. This role requires a recruiter who is confident, proactive, organized, and excellent at selling candidates on our company and opportunity.

If you have strong healthcare recruiting experience, direct hospice recruiting experience, and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with Americans, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
You will manage the recruiting process from start to finish across multiple locations. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, following up consistently, helping move candidates through the hiring process, and supporting successful hires.

You must be able to recruit aggressively, keep pipelines active, and generate quality candidates for hospice-related openings. Just as importantly, you must be able to represent White Orchid Hospice well and effectively communicate why candidates should choose to join our team.

What We Need
You must have at least 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience and at least 2 years of direct healthcare recruiting experience. This is required.

You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and able to communicate smoothly with Americans without the conversation feeling difficult or awkward because you are overseas.

You must be confident on calls, strong in candidate follow-up, and skilled at building trust and excitement with potential hires. We are looking for someone who can sell, not just screen.

This is a fully dedicated role. You must be committed exclusively to Sterling Staffing Solutions and cannot have any other jobs, clients, contracts, or side work.

Ideal Candidate
The right person is aggressive, responsive, persuasive, and dependable. You know how to source, engage, and close healthcare talent. You understand the pace and demands of hospice recruiting. You are comfortable managing multiple openings at once and know how to stay organized, move fast, and communicate clearly.

Requirements
To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

Minimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Minimum 2 years of direct hospice healthcare recruiting experience
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with Americans
Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
Must be fully dedicated to Sterling Staffing Solutions only
No other active jobs, clients, or outside work commitments
