Marshall Medical Solutions is a growing healthcare company specializing in prior authorization and revenue cycle support for medical practices across the United States. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Healthcare Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help us grow our client base.
This is a remote part-time position for approximately 15 hours per week. The initial engagement will be a 60-day trial period, with the opportunity for continued work and increased hours based on performance and company growth.
Responsibilities
* Research and source medical offices throughout the United States.
* Identify office managers, practice administrators, physicians, and other key decision makers.
* Build and maintain lead lists using Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM.
* Enter new leads and maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activities in HubSpot.
* Make outbound calls to medical offices and introduce our services.
* Follow up with prospects by phone and
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the owners of Marshall Medical Solutions.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide weekly activity updates.
* Work independently and consistently to help grow the company.
Preferred Healthcare Background
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
* Medical office administration
* Medical assistant
* Prior authorizations
* Insurance verification
* Medical billing
* Revenue cycle management
* Healthcare customer service
Requirements
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Previous experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
* Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and medical offices.
* Experience using HubSpot or another CRM system preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
* Quiet work environment.
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Success Metrics
Successful candidates will be expected to:
* Source 50-100 qualified leads per week.
* Make outbound calls and follow-up calls consistently.
* Maintain accurate HubSpot records and notes.
* Schedule qualified appointments with company owners.
* Help grow Marshall Medical Solutions through consistent execution.
Compensation
* Part-time position (15 hours per week).
* Hourly pay based on experience.
* Performance bonuses available.
* Initial 60-day trial period.
* Additional hours and long-term opportunities may be available for top performers as the company grows.
