What You'll Do
The Happy Call Team (CS) is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience with Haulla service by analyzing feedback, identifying improvements, and implementing effective solutions. Core responsibilities will include:

- Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Conduct proactive satisfaction checks ("Happy Calls") to verify customer satisfaction and identify potential friction points before they escalate into churn.
- AR & Collection Management: Proactively manage and collect outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) to improve overall collection rates while minimizing customer attrition.
- Churn Mitigation & Recovery: Identify churn risks during the collection process and implement personalized recovery plans for long-term past-due accounts to encourage service re-entry and long-term loyalty.
- Billing Dispute Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing disputes and grievances, providing swift and effective resolutions that restore service confidence.
- Trust Rebuilding: Leverage positive collection experiences as an opportunity to rebuild trust and enhance the overall customer lifecycle value.

What We're Looking for
- This is a full-time remote position
- Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST), Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Native-level English fluency
- Familiarity in CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus


Good To Have
- Experience in Collection Agency(Over 3+ years)
- Experience in Call Center
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is not required but is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation

- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
- Total earning potential: Php 60,000–130,000+/month
- Performance-based commission structure
