Avalon Heating and Air (HVAC) is looking for qualified HVAC tech Support agents

Responsibilities:
*Candidates must have English proficiency at C1-C2 levels (spoken and written). Employees are required to have a computer, 2 monitors, good internet connection, webcam and a good microphone.
-Communicating with customers via phone, email, and text messages
-Creating tasks in the CRM system
-Communicate with technicians
-MUST HAVE BASIC HVAC Knowledge
-Order parts for upcoming jobs
