ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer or HVAC/BMS Controls Specialist who is passionate about both technical excellence and technical writing. This is a unique role: You will leverage your deep expertise in HVAC systems, VAV, BMS, and building controls while working closely with our marketing team to create high-quality LinkedIn posts, website content, case studies, and technical articles — using AI tools to scale and enhance content creation. There is also a possibility of working on customer projects after a training period.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems, Variable Air Volume (VAV), Building Management Systems (BMS), DDC controls, energy management, and building automation.
- Support client installations, system design reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization of HVAC and BMS installations.
- AI-Powered Content Creation (50% of role)
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging LinkedIn posts, blog articles, website content, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Midjourney, etc.) to draft, refine, and optimize technical content.
- Translate complex HVAC/BMS engineering concepts into clear, compelling, and accessible content for architects, facility managers, developers, and building owners.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must have AI/LLM experience, minimum of 6 months.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design, controls, or BMS (VAV systems experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BACnet, Modbus, etc.), chillers, AHUs, and energy optimization.
- Ability to edit AI generated English
- Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and research.
- Ability to simplify technical topics for non-engineers.
