We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-driven HRIS professional with proven leadership experience who can own, optimize, and strategically elevate our HR technology infrastructure—particularly within UKG.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that HR systems are not just administrative tools—they are critical business infrastructure that drive workforce efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.

If you have deep UKG expertise, strong technical and business acumen, and the leadership capability to improve systems, processes, and people, this role may be for you.

What You’ll Own

As our HRIS Analyst / UKG Systems Leader, you will:

Lead configuration, optimization, and strategic oversight of UKG systems (timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, absence, compensation, and HR workflows)
Reprogram and improve business rules, policies, and workforce configurations as organizational needs evolve
Serve as the primary expert for HR systems architecture, governance, and operational integrity
Build scalable HR workflows and ticket routing systems for employee inquiries and HR service management
Analyze workforce data to improve operational decisions, reporting, and executive insights
Design dashboards, custom reports, and analytics frameworks
Manage system upgrades, releases, integrations, and vendor relationships
Establish data governance, security structures, and process controls
Troubleshoot complex HRIS challenges while improving user adoption
Train, mentor, and guide HR teams on system capabilities and best practices
Translate HR operational needs into technical system solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology
