Position Overview
Elevate People Strategies (EPS) is seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based HR consulting projects, with a strong focus on building HR operations from the ground up in Greenfield manufacturing environments.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to establish HR infrastructure for newly launched facilities, particularly within manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production settings. The ideal candidate is familiar with Texas employment practices, compliance requirements, HR documentation, onboarding systems, and operational HR support.
You will work closely with leadership to help create scalable HR processes, policies, employee documentation, recruiting workflows, compliance trackers, and foundational people operations systems for growing organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Greenfield HR & Infrastructure Support
Assist with building HR operations from the ground up for manufacturing and industrial environments
Help create foundational HR processes, workflows, SOPs, and onboarding structures
Support workforce planning and organizational setup for new facilities
Develop HR checklists for site launches, new hires, and operational readiness
Assist with establishing employee records and compliance tracking systems

HR Compliance & Documentation
Draft and format:
Employee handbooks
Policies and procedures
Offer letters
Job descriptions
Corrective action documentation
Performance improvement plans
Orientation materials
Safety acknowledgments
Support Texas labor law compliance initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information
Assist with HR audits and compliance file organization

SOP Development & Process Documentation
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and operational workflows
Document step-by-step processes for onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, training, offboarding, and administrative tasks
Assist in building scalable process documentation for Greenfield manufacturing environments
Develop easy-to-follow internal guides, checklists, templates, and workflow documentation
Standardize procedures to improve operational consistency, efficiency, and compliance
Collaborate with leadership to identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements
Organize SOPs and process documentation within platforms such as Notion, ---------- , or Google Drive for easy accessibility and version control
Support continuous process improvement initiatives by updating SOPs as workflows evolve
