We are looking for an organised HR / Recruitment Assistant to help us hire new workers for our company.
The role is mainly focused on contacting applicants, arranging interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping accurate records of who has applied, their availability, and their progress.
Requirements:
Good English speaking and writing skills are required. You must be confident and fluent during VoIP calls, with a clear microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet professional environment. Calls must sound clear and professional.
You must also be organised, reliable, and good at keeping track of details, schedules, and follow-ups. Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills are required.
Training will be provided, but you must be responsible, responsive, and able to work without constant supervision.
Main duties:
Contact new applicants
Arrange and confirm interviews
Keep candidate details updated
Track schedules and follow-ups
Communicate clearly with management
Help onboard new workers
This is a simple but important role, so we need someone serious, organised, and professional.
