We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy HR Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will handle essential HR administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, and help us implement smart strategies to filter and hire top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
*Recruitment Support - schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
*Skill Assessment Management - recommend, set up, and evaluate pre-employment tests to ensure we are hiring high-quality candidates.
*Administrative Tasks - assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
*Multitasking - manage various HR administrative duties without letting details slip through the cracks.
*Team Collaboration - adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
*Experience - at least 1 year of proven experience in an HR or Recruitment role.
*Language - high proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
*Hiring Acumen - knowledgeable about modern recruitment tools and able to proactively suggest/implement testing methodologies to vet quality talent.
*Adaptability - a fast learner who can easily pivot and thrive in a rapid-growth environment.
*Skills - strong background in general administrative tasks, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for multitasking.
*Technical Setup - must have a highly reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable power source to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
