About the Role

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to support our ongoing hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify, screen, and shortlist quality candidates for various positions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, social media, and other recruitment platforms
* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
* Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening calls
* Schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Maintain a database of qualified candidates
* Coordinate recruitment activities and follow up with applicants
* Support hiring for Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, PRO, Drivers, Interns, and other positions
* Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines

Requirements

* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with UAE job portals and recruitment platforms
* Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
* Experience hiring for consultancy, business setup, or corporate services companies is an advantage
* Own UAE residence visa preferred
