JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing international manufacturing business with operations in Vanuatu and Australia, currently focused on strengthening and centralising our HR systems, workflows, and operational processes during a period of growth and organisational transition.

Over the past 6 months, the business has implemented and begun integrating new HR systems and workforce processes, including the rollout of the Rippling HRMS platform. While significant groundwork has been completed, many workflows, processes, records, and operational systems are still being refined, centralised, and more fully utilised across the organisation.

We are looking for a highly organised and operationally minded HR support professional to help stabilise and support the day-to-day HR function while we continue improving and properly utilising the systems and workflows already in place.

This is not a purely strategic HR leadership role. We are specifically looking for someone practical, hands-on, systems-oriented, and highly organised who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving workflows, and helping turn fragmented processes into more consistent and scalable systems that actually work in practice.

The role will work closely with the local HR and operational teams remotely to help improve workflow coordination, workforce administration, recruitment processes, onboarding/offboarding, documentation management, compliance tracking, and practical utilisation of Rippling and related HR systems.

Key Focus Areas

* Supporting and improving utilisation of Rippling HRMS
* Centralising HR documentation, templates, and workflows
* Supporting onboarding, probation, contract renewal, transfer, and offboarding processes
* Organising workforce records, contracts, and employment documentation
* Building workflow consistency, approval pathways, and tracking systems
* Supporting recruitment coordination, applicant follow-up, and onboarding preparation
* Assisting with dashboard visibility, reminders, review cycles, and compliance tracking
* Creating practical templates, checklists, and process documentation
* Supporting HR administration and operational coordination remotely with the local team
* Helping improve visibility, structure, follow-through, and operational consistency across the HR function
* Supporting the continued development of scalable and operationally effective workforce systems

Ideal Experience

* HR Operations / HR Administration experience
* HRMS / HRIS experience (Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, SAP, etc.)
* Strong process and systems mindset
* Excellent organisation and follow-through
* Experience supporting remote teams
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment
* Experience supporting manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, production, or other operational workforce environments would be highly beneficial, particularly in understanding the pace, structure, and practical realities of the workforce being supported.
* Experience supporting growing or evolving businesses where systems and processes are still being built and refined would be highly regarded
