About Us:
Join a fast-growing E-Commerce company dedicated to empowering diverse brands with outstanding Customer Service solutions. We're expanding and seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to ensure new hires are set up for success.

What You’ll Do
--Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
--Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork.
--Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager for seamless agent and client onboarding.
--Provide progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager.
--Support client onboarding as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
--1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding.
--3–5 years in BPO Customer Service.
--Virtual Assistant experience (preferred).
--Proficiency in E-Commerce tools (e.g., Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk).
--Knowledge of CRM/project management tools like HubSpot and Upgrade to see actual info.
--Strong communication and organizational skills.
--A self-starter with the ability to coach and engage effectively.

Technical Requirements:
--Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber (20 Mbps minimum).
--Tools: Gmail and Slack.
