We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to strengthen and scale our people operations. This role requires a structured, proactive approach to recruitment, organizational development, and culture-building in a remote-first environment.
You will work closely with the founder to develop and implement efficient hiring processes, establish clear SOPs, support leadership development, and build a strong, performance-driven team culture. This is a key position with direct impact on the company’s long-term growth and internal structure.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Headhunting
? Own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on leadership and specialist roles.
People & Leadership Development
? Design and implement clear growth paths and performance plans for team development.
SOPs & Organizational Structure
? Build and maintain clear SOPs and team structures for scalable operations.
Culture & Retention
? Lead initiatives that strengthen team engagement and a strong remote culture.
HR Operations
? Oversee contracts, onboarding, compliance, and ensure HR tools run smoothly.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role (startup or remote team experience is a strong plus)
- Understand the challenges and opportunities in scaling fast-paced teams, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
- Are structured, proactive, and hands-on — you love building from scratch and seeing your systems work
- Have excellent communication skills and know how to build trust across remote teams
- Think strategically but also execute operationally — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Know how to spot A-players and attract them through a great candidate experience
