We are hiring HR Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive HR Manager to build and manage our growing offshore workforce. This individual will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR compliance, employee relations, performance management, and company culture while supporting a rapidly growing team across multiple departments.
This is a leadership position requiring someone who can build scalable HR systems, develop talent, ensure compliance, and partner closely with company leadership to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions.
* Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for multiple departments.
* Develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Coordinate background checks, references, offers, and employment documentation.
* Reduce hiring timelines while maintaining hiring quality.
Human Resources
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Administer company policies and employee handbook.
* Support managers with employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
* Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
* Coordinate performance reviews and employee development programs.
Payroll & Attendance
* Ensure payroll is accurate and submitted on time.
* Review timesheets, attendance, PTO, overtime, and payroll discrepancies.
* Maintain payroll records and resolve employee payroll issues.
* Work closely with finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
Compliance
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
* Maintain employment agreements and required HR documentation.
* Track employee certifications, required training, and compliance deadlines.
* Assist leadership with HR risk management and policy implementation.
Performance Management
* Develop KPI scorecards for all departments.
* Track employee performance and attendance.
* Assist managers with coaching and performance improvement plans.
* Recommend recognition and retention initiatives.
Leadership
* Build and improve HR processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
* Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance company culture.
* Produce weekly HR reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience.
* Experience managing recruiting, payroll, onboarding, quick books, and employee relations.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
* Experience supporting remote or offshore teams.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
* Experience creating HR policies, SOPs, and scalable processes.
