We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team! This role is vital in managing the HR functions across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition:
Oversee job postings and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
Address employee concerns and provide continuous HR-related support.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and manage employee relations, including addressing grievances.
Employee Engagement & Development:
Organize and coordinate team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
Administer employee benefits, including HMO enrollment and birthday recognitions.
Support performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
Manage attendance tracking, timekeeping, and employee benefits programs.
Oversee reimbursement consolidation and related financial transactions.
Finance & Administrative Support:
Process payment requests and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and update employee 201 files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide executive support to the General Manager, including managing schedules and important correspondence.
Compliance, Reporting & Operational Efficiency:
Ensure tasks are completed on time and deadlines are met.
Conduct HR analytics and generate reports to support decision-making.
Enforce disciplinary actions against employees who violate company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain organized HR records.
Generate internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
Create and manage recruitment plans and calendars aligned with operations and sales projections.
Develop onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Maintain both physical and digital employee records, including documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software is a plus.
HR certification is a plus but not required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
