* Support senior leaders by coordinating internal projects, organizing team-building activities, and preparing detailed reports.
* Assist with HR responsibilities and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth team integration.

* Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency, support employee development, and foster a strong team culture.

Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in recruitment or customer success management – MUST.
* Proven ability to succeed in a fully remote working environment – MUST.
* Strong organizational capabilities with a talent for handling multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and collaborating across teams.
* Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
* Proficiency in platforms like Google Sheets and Canva.
