We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee records management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills.
Job Description (Job duties)
1.Assist in recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
2.Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal data) in HR systems.
3.Support onboarding & offboarding processes (preparing documents, orientations).
4.Ensure compliance with USA labor laws and company policies.
5.Handle basic employee inquiries and HR correspondence.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
2.1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates may apply).
3.Familiarity with USA labor regulations
4.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, QuickHR).
5.Strong English communication (written & verbal).
6.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
