JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing small company seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to support our people and operations function on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, developing company policies and procedures, tracking employee performance, and overseeing day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and the employee handbook
Track employee progress and performance, maintain performance records, and support regular review cycles
Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, and address concerns as they arise
Oversee HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations matters
Ensure all HR practices align with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Coordinate general administrative and vendor-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably for remote or distributed teams
Proven ability to develop SOPs, policies, and employee handbooks
Experience managing performance tracking and employee development processes
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Available to commit to consistent part-time hours each week
