JOB OVERVIEW

## IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE APPLYING

I am looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Executive Virtual Assistant to help launch and manage a Group Home business using an existing 30-day implementation roadmap.

This is NOT an hourly position. This is a milestone-based project with weekly deliverables and weekly payments. Your responsibility is to execute tasks, complete research, organize documentation, maintain project tracking systems, and provide weekly progress updates.

You will be responsible for:

* Researching state requirements and regulations
* Identifying referral partners and community resources
* Building and maintaining project trackers
* Creating and organizing SOPs and documentation
* Managing outreach databases and CRM systems
* Tracking project milestones and deadlines
* Providing weekly status reports and recommendations

To be considered, you MUST submit a 2–3 minute Loom video answering the following:

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Explain your experience with project management, research, and operations.
3. Tell me how you would organize and execute a 30-day project with weekly milestones.
4. Explain how you would track progress and communicate updates.
5. Describe a project you successfully completed from start to finish.

I'm willing to pay $600-$900 depends on when the the job is complete...

I will ONLY review applications that include a Loom video. Clear spoken English, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute without constant supervision are critical for this role.
