We’re growing fast — and we need a part-time legend (20 hours/week) to join our remote team and help build the most soulful, viral, and impactful personal brand in the wellness + creative coaching space.

???? WHO THIS IS FOR:
You're a pro at Descript, CapCut, Canva, or other fast editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut = bonus)

You use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pictory, HeyGen, etc.) to work smarter and faster

You love editing short-form reels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

You can design scroll-stopping carousels with clean typography, strong hooks, and aesthetic flow

You’re organized, self-accountable, and open to feedback

You’re interested in growth, wellness, breathwork, entrepreneurship, or spiritual creativity

???? YOU WILL:
Edit and deliver 5–10 reels per week from raw talking head footage

Turn written or audio content into Instagram carousels with clarity + edge

Use AI to repurpose, subtitle, transcribe, ideate, and templatize faster

Suggest better hooks, formats, or layouts when you see a way to improve

Organize files in Google Drive and follow clear delivery processes

Be supported by a creative director + systems team

???? DETAILS:
? Time: 20 hours/week (flexible scheduling, but some overlap with Thailand or PST preferred)

???? Pay: $300–$450/month based on skill, speed, and experience

???? Bonus potential: Performance-based bonuses + room to grow to full-time

Fast, reliable internet + your own editing laptop

Good English writing + speaking

A solid portfolio of reels or carousel samples (non-negotiable)
