JOB OVERVIEW

Apex Solutions is seeking a call center agency (NOT individual agents) to provide 5 agents at $3 per hour, working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST. This is a performance-driven opportunity with room to scale up to 25 agents by July, with top performers eligible for closer roles.

IMPORTANT – AGENCY ONLY
• INDIVIDUAL AGENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• Applications without proof of agent performance & recordings WILL NOT be reviewed.

REQUIREMENTS
• Only agencies with verifiable experience & agent management.
• Must provide:
• Agent call recordings (current agents).
• Performance track record & quota history.
• Agency responsible for:
• Maintaining quotas, attendance, & productivity.
• Replacing underperforming agents as needed.

QUOTA & EXPECTATIONS
• 10 Incalls per agent daily OR 2 Closed Deals per company standards.
• Minimum 250 outbound calls per agent daily.
• Manual dialing system provided (agencies with their own dialers/VM drop tools must provide tracked data).

PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
• $3 per hour, with potential raises after 45 days based on proven performance.
• Goal: Expand to 25 full-time agents by July.
• Career Path: Top-performing agents can be promoted to closer roles.
