JOB OVERVIEW

Apex Solutions is seeking a call center agency (not individuals) to provide 5 agents at $3 per hour, working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST. The goal is to expand to 25 agents by July, with top performers eligible for closer roles.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS – AGENCY ONLY
• INDIVIDUAL AGENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• Applications missing agent recordings or performance proof WILL BE IGNORED.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
• Agency must provide:
• Call recordings of active agents.
• Track record of performance & quota history.
• Agency is responsible for:
• Managing attendance, quotas, and productivity.
• Replacing underperforming agents as needed.
• Performance Metrics:
• 10 Incalls per agent daily OR 2 Closed Deals per company standards.
• Minimum 250 outbound calls per agent daily.

DIALING SYSTEM & DATA TRACKING
• A manual dialing system is provided.
• Agencies with their own dialers or voicemail drop systems may use them, but all work data must be submitted for tracking.

PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
• $3 per hour, with potential raises after 45 days for agencies with consistent performance.
• Goal: Scale to 25 agents by July.
• Strong agents can advance to closer roles.
