About the Role:

We are looking for a Guest Relations, Revenue & Marketing Manager to handle guest interactions, optimize pricing strategies, manage social media, and run marketing campaigns to drive bookings. This role is ideal for someone with experience in short-term rentals (STR), revenue management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations & Customer Experience:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and manage bookings across Airbnb and other STR platforms.
Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and positive reviews.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth turnovers.

Revenue & Pricing Management:
Optimize pricing and revenue using Pricelabs, adjusting rates based on demand, seasonality, and local events.
Monitor market trends to maintain competitive pricing and high occupancy rates.
Implement strategic discounts, promotions, and dynamic pricing strategies.

Marketing & Social Media Management:
Run and optimize Airbnb promotions to boost visibility and bookings.
Manage and execute Google Ads campaigns to attract direct bookings.
Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote properties and drive brand awareness.
Develop marketing campaigns to increase guest engagement and optimize listing performance.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in guest relations, revenue management, and digital marketing within the short-term rental (STR) industry.
Proficiency in Pricelabs or similar revenue management tools.
Proven experience running Airbnb promotions and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and optimize pricing.
Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Upgrade to see actual info, and other STR platforms is a plus.

Proposed salary: $1300 - $1500 (depending on experience)
