Meet Aperture
At Aperture, we create value and drive growth by delivering exceptional product consultancy and advertising services to our global partners. Through data-driven strategies, we harness our expertise in performance marketing, creative strategy, and product optimisation to achieve outstanding results.
Founded in 2022 by industry visionary Hannah Parvaz, we’ve quickly made waves. Already recognised as Business Consultant of the Year and named 2024’s Most Innovative Growth Agency, our trajectory is nothing short of extraordinary.
Now, as we prepare to scale new heights in 2025, we’re building a dream team to fuel our ambitions. This is your chance to join us and be part of our incredible growth story. Are you ready to make an impact?
Our Culture:
Growth mindset. We're hungry to learn and improve.
Take full responsibility for every outcome—no excuses.
Obsess over results. We're here to make a measurable impact.
We’re data-obsessed. We let numbers, not opinions, guide our decisions.
Client success is our success. Period.
No ego. The best idea wins, regardless of who it comes from.
Radical candour. We give and receive honest feedback to fuel growth.
Work from anywhere
Embrace our remote-first culture that prioritises impact over location. Work from wherever you're most productive, while enjoying meaningful connections with the team in London from time to time. We bring everyone together regularly for inspiring sessions and great conversations over amazing food—because the best ideas often start with "what if?". You must be able to work in a UK timezone.
Role overview:
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Analyst who’s equal parts curious, analytical, and creative — someone who can turn ad data into insight, and insight into creative direction.
You’ll be the link between our growth and creative teams: analysing campaign performance, extracting learnings from tests, and making sure those insights fuel the next round of innovative concepts. You’ll live inside our performance dashboards and ad platforms, helping the team understand what’s really working — from hook rates and hold rates to cost and conversion performance.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining Aperture’s creative learning system: logging insights, tagging creative experiments, tracking results, and making sure findings are shared clearly and consistently across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth Leads and Creative team to ensure that every new ad we make is built on what we already know.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creative and data equally-someone who wants to understand why an ad worked, what audiences responded to, and how we can make the next version even better.
Key responsibilities
Performance insight and analysis
Dive into ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads) to analyse creative performance.
Track key creative metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, thumb-stop, CPC, and CVR to identify learnings.
Build and maintain dashboards that surface trends across clients and channels.
Run ongoing creative performance reviews with the Growth and Creative teams.
Distil learnings into actionable insights that influence new briefs and concepts.
Creative testing and experimentation
Manage creative experiment tracking: tag ads, log results, and summarise findings in our experiment boards.
Identify creative winners and patterns in performance across formats, hooks, CTAs, and tones.
Support the team in planning creative tests aligned with audience and funnel goals.
Partner with the Creative Team to ensure future creative concepts align with what’s working.
Reporting and collaboration
Maintain creative performance dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools.
Present insights in weekly performance meetings, sharing learnings with the team and clients.
Translate performance data into clear, visual stories that inspire new creative ideas.
Ensure all creative learnings are captured and shared systematically across accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, and Data teams to improve tracking and reporting processes.
Continuous optimisation
Identify performance trends early and flag creative fatigue or new scaling opportunities.
Work with Growth Managers to recommend scaling strategies or test priorities.
Feed insights back into the creative ideation process to improve velocity and hit rate.
Keep a pulse on creative trends, platform shifts, and testing methodologies to improve how we learn.
Required experience & skills
2–4 years in performance marketing, analytics, or a creative strategy role.
Hands-on experience analysing ad performance data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Understanding of key creative metrics — hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS — and how they relate to audience engagement and conversion.
Experience using dashboards or BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar).
Strong communication skills — able to turn data into clear, useful insights for creative teams.
Comfortable working with experiment frameworks, naming conventions, and test logs.
Collaborative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Curious by nature, always asking “why did this work?” and “what should we test next?”
Behavioural fit
Creative curiosity: always exploring new formats, hooks, and ideas.
Analytical precision: trusts data, but knows how to interpret nuance.
Collaborative: thrives working with growth managers and creatives.
Ownership mindset: takes responsibility for insights and outcomes.
Clear communicator: can explain complex data simply and visually.
