We are hiring a Growth & Revenue Operations Consultant to serve as a strategic partner across a portfolio
of brands operating in the medical aesthetics and e-commerce sectors. This is a long-term, ongoing
engagement — not a one-time project. The successful candidate will work directly with founder-operators to
diagnose revenue leaks, build growth strategies, design pricing and membership architectures, and execute the
operational changes required to drive measurable revenue lift.
This role exists because we have learned the hard way that strategy decks without execution are worthless,
and execution without strategy wastes money. We need someone who delivers both — and stays accountable
to real numbers over real timeframes.
The brands you will work with operate in one or more of the following verticals:
• Medical aesthetics & luxury medical spas — injectables, laser, skincare treatments, memberships,
packages, retail product sales
• Direct-to-consumer e-commerce — skincare, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories
• Service-based businesses with retail/e-commerce arms — hybrid models combining physical service
delivery with online product sales
• Multi-location and franchise-ready operations — businesses preparing to scale beyond single-location
This is a hybrid strategy + execution role. You will be expected to diagnose, design, and deliver. Slide decks
alone do not count as deliverables. We measure success by what shipped and what moved.
What You Will Own
• Full business diagnostics: financials, service revenue, expenses, marketing performance, client retention,
operational efficiency
• Revenue strategy: pricing architecture, package design, membership programs, retail mix, service
profitability analysis
• 30/60/90-day growth plans and 12-month revenue roadmaps with quantified targets
• KPI architecture: defining what to measure, how to measure it, dashboard design, weekly cadence
• Client journey optimization: lead capture ? consultation ? booking ? service ? upsell ? retention ?
referral
• Business development strategy for local partnerships, B2B pipelines, corporate wellness, and
influencer/creator collaborations
• Marketing operations oversight: campaign ROI review, channel allocation, cost-per-acquisition optimization
• Vendor and specialist coordination: directing CRM leads, web developers, content directors, and outreach
reps
• Weekly performance reporting and direct accountability to founder-operators
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in growth operations, revenue strategy, or business
development for service-based or e-commerce businesses
• Proven track record of measurable revenue lift across at least 3 prior clients or businesses (you will be
required to submit redacted case studies — see Application Requirements)
• Hands-on experience with pricing strategy, package design, and membership/recurring revenue programs
• KPI design and dashboard construction (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Airtable, or equivalent)
• Client journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization
• Sales pipeline architecture and lead follow-up systems
• CRM and marketing automation literacy (you do not need to build it — you must direct it competently)
• Project management and vendor/specialist coordination across remote teams
• Direct, accountable communication with founder-operators (no hand-holding required, no excuses tolerated)
• Comfort working with confidential financial data under NDA
Preferred Background
• Prior in-house or fractional experience with medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or luxury
service businesses
• Direct experience scaling a founder-led service business from single-location to multi-location or franchise
model
• E-commerce growth experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or comparable)
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or comparable platforms
• Hands-on experience with at least one major booking platform (Vagaro, Jane App, Boulevard, Mangomint,
Zenoti, or AestheticsPro)
• Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and reputation management literacy
• Meta Ads and Google Ads strategic oversight (you do not run the ads — you evaluate them)
• Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent data handling and compliance considerations in medical/aesthetic contexts
Tools & Platforms You Should Understand
You do not need to be expert in every platform listed below. You need to know what each one does, when to
use it, and how to direct the specialist who owns it. If more than 30% of these are unfamiliar, this role is likely
not a fit.
• CRM & Automation: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Keap, ActiveCampaign,
Twilio
• Booking & Operations: Vagaro, Jane App, Boulevard, Mangomint, Zenoti, AestheticsPro
• E-Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Square
• Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite
• Marketing Tools: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva, Metricool, Later, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
• Productivity: Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Loom
• Financial: QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe Dashboard, payment processor reporting
Initial Deliverables
• Full business diagnostic report covering revenue, operations, marketing, client journey, digital infrastructure,
and financials
• Top 10 revenue leaks identified with quantified dollar impact estimates
• Draft 30/60/90-day growth plan with weekly milestones
• Draft KPI dashboard with metrics, sources, and review cadence
• Recommended hiring sequence for any additional specialists needed
• Initial pricing, package, and membership recommendations with rationale
• Quick-win execution list: 5–10 items implementable within the first 30 days
Ongoing Deliverables
• Weekly written report covering wins, blockers, metrics, risks, and next priorities
• Monthly performance review tied to defined KPIs
• Quarterly strategic refresh and roadmap recalibration
• Continuous coordination of vendor and specialist team
• Documented SOPs for every system, workflow, and strategy put in place
• Loom walkthroughs for every major deliverable
Long-Term Opportunity
This is not a short-term gig. We are building long-term strategic capacity across multiple brands. The right
consultant can expect:
• Stable, ongoing engagement across multiple growing brands in adjacent verticals
• Direct access to founder-operators (no middle management layer)
• Opportunity to expand scope into Fractional CGO or Head of Growth role
• Equity participation or revenue-share structures for high-performers after demonstrated results
• Coordination authority over a remote team of specialists (CRM, web, brand, BD, conversion)
• First-look at additional consulting engagements as portfolio expands
Application Requirements — Read Carefully
1. Identity & Profile Verification
• Full name and verifiable LinkedIn profile (active, public, with documented work history)
• Resume or professional CV (PDF only, no Google Doc links)
• Time zone, working hours, and earliest start date
• Internet speed screenshot (minimum 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) — required for remote execution roles
2. Required Portfolio Submissions (Non-Negotiable)
Submit redacted but verifiable evidence of at least three (3) prior engagements where you delivered
measurable revenue or operational impact. For each one, include:
• Business type, industry, and approximate revenue size at the time of engagement (revenue brackets
acceptable, e.g., $500K–$1M, $1M–$5M)
• The specific problem you were hired to solve
• Your scope of work and the strategies you designed
• What you actually executed or oversaw — not just what you recommended
• The measurable outcome with real numbers (revenue lift, CAC reduction, conversion rate improvement,
retention gains, etc.)
• The timeframe over which the results were achieved
• Screenshots, dashboard exports, or redacted documents that demonstrate the work (no documents = no
consideration)
Case studies without quantified outcomes will be discarded. Verbal claims of "helped grow the
business" are not acceptable. Show numbers, sources, and proof.
3. Required Video Introduction
Submit a Loom or video introduction (5–10 minutes maximum) covering, in this order:
• Who you are and your professional background
• The two engagements you are most proud of, and why
• Your typical diagnostic process when starting with a new brand
• How you d
• Your communication style and how you handle pushback from founders
• Why you want this role specifically — not consulting in general
4. Sample Strategic Thinking Submission
Write a 300–500 word response to the following hypothetical scenario:
"A medical aesthetics business is doing $40,000/month in revenue with 60% margin. They have 200 active
clients but only 15% return for a second visit within 90 days. Their average ticket is $280. They run Meta Ads at
$3,200/month with a cost-per-lead of $42 and a lead-to-booking conversion of 18%. What three diagnostic
questions would you ask first, what would you suspect is the biggest revenue leak, and what would your first 30
days look like?"
We are looking for sharp diagnostic thinking, not generic consultant-speak. Show your reasoning.
Screening Questions
Answer each of the following in 3–5 sentences. Direct, specific answers only. Generic responses will be filtered
out.
1. How would you evaluate where a service-based business is losing money or opportunities in the first 14 days
of an engagement?
2. What KPIs would you track weekly for a luxury service business, and how would you prioritize them?
3. How would you d
4. Walk us through how you build a 30/60/90-day growth plan that founders actually execute.
5. How would you improve lead follow-up and booking conversion in a business where leads come in but never
get worked properly?
6. What is your approach to building local business development partnerships in a service category?
7. What reports or data would you request from a new client in week one, and why?
8. Describe a time you turned business data into a growth plan that shipped — with the actual outcome.
9. How do you stay accountable to measurable results when working remotely with founder-operators?
10. What is your approach when a founder has 20 ideas and only 3 are worth prioritizing right now?
How to Apply
Submit all of the following in a single application package:
• Resume / CV (PDF)
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Three (3) case studies with quantified outcomes (PDF)
• Loom or video introduction link (3–10 minutes)
• Sample strategic thinking submission (300–500 words)
• Two (2) verifiable client references
• Internet speed screenshot
• Stated availability and earliest start date
The first line of your application must read: REVENUE OPERATOR
Applications that do not begin with this keyword will not be reviewed. This is the first filter. We use it to identify
candidates who actually read the posting end-to-end.
Compensation Structure
This is a serious, performance-linked engagement. Compensation reflects the seniority and ownership level
required, and is structured collaboratively based on what each side brings to the table. We pay competitively for
the right person.
• Structure: Monthly retainer, hourly, or hybrid — open to discussion based on what works for both sides
• Rate: Competitive and reflective of senior-level expertise. We expect candidates to state their preferred
structure and rate in their application, supported by their track record
• Performance bonus: Available on top of base compensation, tied to documented revenue lift, KPI
achievement, or milestone delivery
• Initial term: 90-day engagement with quarterly renewal based on results
• Long-term opportunity: Equity-aligned partnership, fractional executive role, or expanded portfolio scope
available for the right candidate after demonstrated results
