Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives across influencer partnerships, content operations, social media engagement, SEO, and email marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and organize user-generated content received from creators and influencers
Review, tag, and route high-performing content to the creative team
Support influencer outreach efforts through follow-ups, communications, and pipeline tracking
Maintain accurate records of creator and influencer partnerships
Monitor conversations across social media platforms, online communities, and forums to identify trends, customer insights, and engagement opportunities
Gather customer feedback and language that can be leveraged in marketing campaigns and messaging
Assist with SEO initiatives by supporting content briefs, keyword tracking, and publication coordination
Perform quality assurance checks on email campaigns, including links, formatting, segmentation, and content accuracy
Collaborate with paid media, creative, lifecycle marketing, and community teams to support growth initiatives
Assist with marketing operations and special projects as needed
Support with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the role and overall business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and consumer behavior
Ability to identify trends, customer insights, and engagement opportunities from online communities
Experience with influencer programs, SEO, email marketing, or content operations is an advantage
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Shopify, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms is preferred
Available to work in US business hours
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
