• Deeply obsessed with consumer product experiences.
• Your favorite source of alpha is Reddit or X.
• AI-native with modern growth, creative, and automation tools.
• Strong copywriter with a bias toward action and fast execution.
• Excited by the intersection of AI, Fintech, and Blockchain, but mature enough to hide complexity from users.
• Obsessed with data, analytics, audiences, retargeting, and experimentation.
• Has proven wins: campaigns, funnels, content, communities, apps, or growth loops.

**Your Work**
• Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Write sharp copy for ads, landing pages, onboarding, email, social, and product flows.
• Use AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, automation tools, and creative testing tools daily.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, audiences, retargeting pools, attribution, and behavioral data.
• Turn complex crypto and AI ideas into simple consumer-facing value.
• Work closely with the product team to improve user experience and grow beyond crypto-native audiences.
