Our organization collaborates extensively with remote workers based in the Philippines, and we
are currently seeking to expand our team by adding a new role: Virtual Executive Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Virtual Executive Assistant will be involved in the research,
execution, and administrative oversight of various business units, including but not limited to the
Short Term Rental Business, Tax Lien services, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, and other
related ventures.
This role encompasses tasks such as conducting research and interfacing with members of our
team, ranging from General Managers at our properties, to the Philippines-based Guest Services
Team, Operations Teams, as well as contractors and service providers based in the United
States.

REQUIREMENTS
Prospective applicants are kindly advised to apply only if they currently fulfill all of the following
criteria:
? Possession of knowledge and proficiency with the following platforms: Hostaway, Airbnb,
Cloudbed,
? Comprehensive understanding of the Short-Term Rental Industry.
? No Secondary Employment. Applicants must be fully dedicated to this position to ensure
undivided attention and focus.
? Proficiency in Problem Solving and Research. While training will be provided for
procedural tasks, certain tasks may require independent problem-solving skills. This
could involve researching on Google, consulting support documentation, or making
phone calls to obtain necessary information.
? Organizational Skills. Given the involvement in multiple projects, applicants should
demonstrate a natural inclination towards maintaining their own notes, calendars,
reminders, and references. While a task list with pertinent dates will be provided,
applicants must be able to accommodate changes and follow up on various action items.
? Attention to Detail. Projects undertaken involve critical elements that cannot be
overlooked or forgotten, as such lapses could result in significant issues. An eye for
detail will ensure that all aspects are diligently managed.
? Availability of a backup generator or an alternative power plan.
? Possession of a secondary internet connection.
? Ability to communicate with the rest of the team in a professional and clear manner
TRAINING
A training period of approximately 2 to 4 weeks will be conducted with one of our co-founders
and our Operations Manager (also based in the Philippines). This training will encompass
learning our tools, processes, guest interaction tone, and general operations.
Platforms Utilized
Prospective candidates are informed that familiarity with the following platforms is not a
prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided for all:

Payroll Bond
Upon commencement of training, GSA shall receive a monthly salary of $500, with $100 per
month being retained as a bond. This bond shall be released after a period of six (6) months.
